found dog

A very sweet brown Dachshund was found wandering in the 700 block of SW 17 Street today (Tues. 2/23). She was taken inside by neighbors who got her out of traffic. They are taking her to the vet to see if she has a chip, but cannot keep her as they are already fostering cats at their home. If you know who she belongs to, please have them call 954-523-9438 with proof of ownership so she can get back home quickly.

After the work is completed they will be resurfacing both sides of 4th Ave and bike lanes will be installed. Persistence pays off. We will keep you posted if we get any additional information.

The City of Fort Lauderdale is proud to be a Site Sponsor for the 33rd annual Waterway Cleanup, being held Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 9a to 1p at 30 Broward County locations. CPCA Door to Door Blitz

You might be wondering what is going on in the neighborhood with folks wearing Croissant Park Tee shirts and knocking on doors. We are going door to door to find out if you want to be kept informed with the local news, information, and becoming a member of the association because we are becoming more environmentally friendly and NOT producing the paper newsletter anymore. You need to get your news online.

Here are few folks that signed up.

So do not close the door on us when you get a volunteer knocking. Please give your information, get involved and be informed.
Many Blessings,
John
